CGL’s Managed Solutions businesses provide tailored implementation, integration and application support services to enterprises and government departments across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

With over 1000 people years of experience, our teams can provide specialist advice, guidance and assistance across a wide range of enterprise application functions, including:

Each of our client engagements is specifically packaged to meet unique client requirements. Examples of solutions provided to other clients include:

  • Specialty Enterprise Content Management services to augment in-house client capabilities;
  • Supply of video conferencing network infrastructure and equipment, software and systems integration, maintenance, service desk support, consultancy and managed services. Sites throughout Centrelink, FaHCSIA, DVA, Australian Hearing, and Commonwealth Department of Public Prosecutions. Over 300 sites are supported nationally;
  • Provision of ICT equipment, maintenance and service desk support across 245 sites in NSW. Now looking at moving towards integrated communications solutions on our IP-based network operated with MacTel;
  • Surge capacity for rapid implementation, training and support of nationwide rollouts; and,
  • Trusted in-sourced partner providing the full design, implementation, and support to Australia’s largest Enterprise Content Management environment.

SERVICEPOINT AUSTRALIA
Is a premium provider of unified communication solutions, including classified/secure videoconferencing, video messaging, audio-visual systems, unified meeting applications, and multimedia communication systems to organisations in the Asia-Pacific region.
We develop and tailor communication solutions to meet specific, specialised and complex needs of our clients.

Nationally, ServicePoint supports approximately 2000 video conferencing equipment units across its contract base. In particular, we are the single-sourced provider with more than 10-years of ongoing service and support contracts with the Department of Defence Secure Videoconferencing Environment (DSVE) for supply, service, and help desk support of their systems.

FILOSOPH-E
Over the last six years, filosoph-e (pronounced ‘philosophy’) has successfully rewritten the approach to the design, implementation, and support of Electronic Content Management Systems (ECMS). Created for the sole purpose of bringing together better practice expertise in ECM and ‘enabling the corporate memory’, we provide an unrivalled depth of knowledge and experience gained from a hands-on approach that has seen us deliver a number of ECM solutions on time, on budget, and to over 40,000 users across Australia. We also maintain servers across multiple networks and physical locations holding more than 27 million electronic documents and other objects.

Our fully managed services include implementation and change management support to ensure new and existing users are familiar with the ECMS, all relevant business rules and standard operating procedures. Our onsite teams of technical specialists continue to provide the necessary capacity and capability in the ongoing management and administration of the ECMS.

filosoph-e works collaboratively with leading industry software and hardware suppliers, systems integrators, and labour suppliers in order to deliver ECM solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.

CGL is a 25% shareholder in filosoph-e.

SME GATEWAY
SME Gateway is a separate not-for-profit company that provides a method for small to medium enterprises to win new business over a broad range of technical and management disciplines through member companies operating together synergistically. It also provides engineering and project support to selected major companies.

Focus is on providing support to Commonwealth and State government agencies and major commercial companies where multiple skills, capabilities or applications need to be brought together to best meet client requirements.

CGL is a shareholder in SME Gateway via its ownership of JBS.
