Our Businesses
Training Services
CGL’s Training Services businesses deliver both nationally accredited vocational training (Certificate through to Advanced Diploma level courses) and non-accredited professional development training to clients.
During the past 12 months, we have provided refresher or advanced training to over 4,000 trainees and aftermarket/follow-on training and support to over 20,000 people. In addition and, at any one time, we have at least 320 people undergoing one of our 27 nationally accredited Diploma or Advanced Diploma programs from purpose-built campus locations. Our learning approach is based upon methods that include social interaction, reflection, collection and openness. To then ensure transfer of this learning model and new skills to the workplace, our approach also includes learning gateways that ground the learning in what is important to the individual and the organisation.
